Starting a company in the middle of a worldwide pandemic meant that we started with an operational pivot: we crossed out the "office rent" expense line and went full in as a remote team.
That's meant learning some new tricks and developing some new rituals, but we're getting there. One year and a half later, the full time specklers are meeting for the first time IRL ("in real life", for the boomers out there). We dropped our Overwatch games and semi-monthly online social events for actually meeting each other in person (and not on a virtual remote pirate island).
We thought this is newsworthy enough to share with the wider world; we might be a bit slow this week getting back to you on the forum, but we'll do our best. Greetings from Tuscany, Italy!
